Order/Delivery Information

- Orders placed before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day (excluding holidays and weekends).

- Delivery is via Korea Post EMS, and takes approximately 7-10 days from the shipping date.

- Delivery may be delayed depending on product availability. Delivery may be delayed depending on the country.

Exchange/Return Procedure Guide

- For exchanges/returns due to a simple change of mind, round-trip shipping fees will apply.

  (However, in the case of incorrect delivery or defective product, Graphic will cover the shipping fee.)

Information on non-exchangeable/non-refundable items

-Minor scratches on acetate frames are inherent to the material and handmade process, and are therefore not grounds for exchange or return.

-If the product is damaged or contaminated

  (for glasses, damage to components due to individual fitting or excessive wearing beyond simple wearing).

-If fabric products show signs of wear, damage, or contamination beyond fitting.

A/S Guide

-The warranty period is six months from the date of purchase.

-During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective product that occurred during manufacturing or distribution free of charge.

-Due to user negligence, damage or breakage will be repaired for a fee (shipping charges apply).

-For TR90 products(original, soprano model), the condition of the product may change due to high temperatures or prolonged non-use.
